Beef back ribs are rich, meaty, and perfect for slow cooking until tender. Here’s how we bring out their best flavor at Fields of Athenry.

Remove the Membrane – Peel off the thin layer on the bone side for more tender ribs.
Season Generously – Rub with kosher salt, cracked pepper, and your favorite dry rub or marinade.
Start Low & Slow – Cook at 275°F in the oven or on the grill with indirect heat until tender (about 3–4 hours).
Keep Them Moist – Baste with broth, marinade, or a splash of apple cider vinegar during cooking.
Finish with Heat – Brush with sauce, then grill or broil for a caramelized glaze.
Rest Before Serving – Let ribs rest 10 minutes so juices redistribute.
